1. Who we are
TTMCards is a marketplace for Pokémon trading cards, operated by AIFAIS. We are based in the Netherlands and serve customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
2. What data we collect
- Account information: name, email address, country
- Shipping addresses: street, postal code, city, country
- Transaction data: orders, listings, payment references
- Profile data: display name, seller store information
- Photos uploaded for card listings
3. What we don't store
We do not store payment card details, bank account numbers, or other financial data. All payments are processed securely by Mollie. We only store Mollie payment reference IDs.
4. Why we collect data
We process your data to:
- Provide the marketplace service (buying and selling cards)
- Process payments and shipping
- Communicate about orders and disputes
- Prevent fraud and abuse
5. Third-party services
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU region)
- Mollie — payment processing (Netherlands)
- Vercel — hosting and analytics
- Resend — transactional emails
6. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and locale preferences. We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, anonymous usage statistics (no personal data).
